Green Smoothies-Diet for Capoeiristas and Active Lifestyles

What’s up Galera! Once again it’s O Rei, and I’m again transferring over my old blogs to my new blog. I have since helped dozens if not hundreds of people lose weight through Capoeira and diet. I was initially experimenting with the Greeen Smoothie diet. It was awesome.

Since then, I have done the keto, paleo, and just a well balanced diet. I think it’s great to integrate in Green Smoothies in your well balanced diet, so here is the old blog about the Green Smoothie diet. Enjoy…

As many of you all know, I am finishing my new book, “Capoeira Over 40: How to be successful when starting Capoeira at a later age”. It started as free video series that uncovered too many other issues. I had to chronicle it and wrap it up in a nice easy read.

In my diet chapter, I will be covering many different healthy active lifestyle diets: low carb, high carb, Paleo, and others. I am currently exploring Green Smoothie diets. This is a very refreshing option, and though I don’t believe that one diet is right for everyone, adding Green Smoothies to your regimen definitely has benefits.

I am not trying to lose weight personally. I just want eat healthier and and explore other diet options for longevity. When I first started training Capoeira, I dieted and lost 20 pounds in two months. Over the years, I still lead a very active life, but I got spoiled with my Capoeira metabolism, and am still able to look good and wolf down a greasy burger and fries a couple times a week. Throw in a pizza, and some fried chicken, and that is a bad combination.

The consequences of a bad diet are not always visible. High cholesterol, hypertension, etc. So here I go on a diet research journey. I’ve uncovered some very good information. If you would like my Free Report on Green Smoothies Click Here
